Construction Laborer – Syracuse, UT.

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy, and great focus on detail and safety.

• Perform physical labor.
• Operate hand and/or power tools.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Assist and follow Project Manager instructions.
• Prepare and clean jobsite.
• Maintain equipment.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required before eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Positive can‑do attitude and openness to trying new ways.
• Steel or composite toe‑over‑ankle boots required.

• Hardworking, honest, dependable.
• Some knowledge of construction would be helpful but not necessary.
• Willingness to be trained.
