Position:

This role provides customer service and operational support in a Domino’s Pizza store, ensuring high‑quality food, accurate orders and a clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Enter orders into the system using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
  • Provide verbal, written and telephone communication with customers and co‑workers.
  • Produce accurate monetary change.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Strong arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator use acceptable.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
  • Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for quick, precise movements.
  • Ability to use a computer or touchscreen for order entry.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull and bend as described below.
Work Conditions
  • Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
  • Indoor temperatures may range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some areas.
  • Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
  • Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
  • Near‑ and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
  • Depth perception necessary for many tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for most tasks; walking surfaces are ceramic tile “bricks” and linoleum.
  • Walk and move around a standing office area.
  • Lift bulk product deliveries (50 lb, 3 ft × 1.5 ft) and stack onto shelves up to 72 in. high.
  • Carry large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from the workstation to storage shelves.
  • Move pizza sauce (30 lb) from storage to front of store.
  • Carry and push trays of pizza dough (12 lb each) over short distances; push a stack of trays on a dolly up to 7.5 lb force.
  • Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
  • Forward bend, crouch, squat and reach at angles; reach above 72 in. to turn controls and lift objects.
  • Use hands continuously: shape dough, use pizza peel and cutting tools, assemble cardboard boxes, grasp cans and telephone.
