We are uniquely positioned in Syracuse, UT, to serve the West Davis County area – in fact, we are the only family law firm in town. We are looking for an attorney to manage the Syracuse office and help build a team of associates and new services to serve West Davis County and surrounding areas.

Our lead attorney served in the Air Force for six years, as a school teacher for four years, in community theater, in youth organizations, and as a prison guard before attending law school. - Utah Bar License
- Family Law or related experience, or strong desire to work in Family Law
- Office Management or related leadership
- Tech Savvy and Social Media skills are a plus
- Friendly Disposition and ability to work well with difficult people (i.e., clients, other attorneys) is a MUST
- Professionalism & Personal Accountability
- Problem Solving & Dispute Resolution Mindset
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or other jobs that require working with diverse and often marginalized populations is a huge plus
- Desire to make a lot of money (we can help make that happen)
- Diverse job or life experience, so you can relate better to clients and their difficulties
- Legal Services, Pro Bono, Guardian ad Litem, Mediation
- Involvement with AFCC, Inns of Court, County Bar, or similar associations
- Military, Social Work, Teaching, or other public service
- Second Language (especially Spanish) is always a plus
- Provide legal counsel to clients, focusing on reducing conflict and fostering positive family dynamics.
- Mentor and guide staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Represent clients in family law cases, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored legal solutions that protect their resources and relationships.
- Engage with the community to build strong relationships and enhance the firm's reputation as a trusted legal partner in family law matters.
