Giving Home Health Care is seeking a Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1099 contract position in the Syracuse, UT area. The RN will provide care in patients’ homes following physician‑established care plans and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and dignity.
LocationSyracuse, Utah
Compensation$45 to $55 per hour, plus a $1,500 bonus after 90 days of successful visits.
Hours7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Sunday schedules are available.
Responsibilities- Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care.
- Complete compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
- Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
- Perform various activities associated with daily living.
- Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition, such as weight changes, self‑care ability, and disease progression indicators.
- Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other designated individuals regarding the patient’s health.
- Work with patients one‑on‑one in the patient’s home to provide a comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants.
- Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
- Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse in Utah.
- At least 6 months of experience as an RN in a clinical or home‑health setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Updated TB test.
- Updated physical exam.
- Maintain required insurance.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to patients’ homes.
