This role includes coaching staff for excellent customer service, ensuring the quality of food, managing team dynamics, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should hold a high school degree, have at least one year of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience, and possess a Serve Safe Certificate.

This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
