Overview
Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned business looking for an experienced apprentice HVAC installer to join our team. The HVAC installation apprentice assists the journeyman in installing air conditioning, heating and control systems, ductwork, venting, heat pumps and mini splits in new construction/residential homes.
Responsibilities- Assist the journeyman in installing HVAC systems, ductwork, venting, heat pumps and mini splits in new construction/residential homes.
- High school graduate
- One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, preferably in new construction installation
- Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers installation instructions and clearly communicate with Rentmeister employees
- Physical ability to perform all duties under various conditions and extreme weather
- Interest and initiative in maintaining HVAC skills through self-study, company training, manufacturers workshops, and other professional development activities
- Current driver s license with a great driving record
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressures and overtime as needed
- Complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Note:
Rentmeister Total Home Service does NOT accept applicants who possess a Medical Marijuana Card
- RMGA Certified (or ability to obtain)
- EPA Certified (or ability to obtain)
- Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school, willingness to attend trade school (or have equivalent experience)

This is a full time position, day shift, Monday through Friday with overtime. Compensation depends on skills and experience.
