As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll support rent-ready turns and service requests across residential rental homes. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build skills in residential maintenance with a clear path to advancement. Initially the schedule will be variable (as needed) with opportunity for full time work as the company grows.

This position is part of a structured technician career ladder (Tech I Tech II Tech III), with 90-day evaluations tied directly to pay increases and skill progression

• Assist with rent-ready turns and service requests
• Load junk and personal property into trucks for disposal
• Paint prep: wipe down walls, trim, doors, and baseboards
• Patch minor drywall damage (nail holes, small holes) and perform caulking
• Interior & exterior touch-up painting
• Inspect outlets and switches
• Adjust doors, hinges, strike plates, cabinets, and drawers
• Replace light bulbs, toilet seats, and filters
• Sweep and blow out garages, patios, decks, and driveways
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow company procedures

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
• Must have your own basic tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift 100 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$20 per hour, Starting Wage is $18 per hour with 90-day evaluations for pay increases.
• Company vehicle may be provided.
