Window & Door Installer (Experienced) – Growth Opportunity to Crew Lead

Ashbrook Construction is a high‑end window & door installation company based in Utah. We specialize in custom iron doors, luxury entry doors, and full window replacements on high‑end homes. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced installer who wants more than just a paycheck — someone who can become a crew lead as we scale.

• Installing windows and doors (full‑frame replacements, new construction, custom doors)
• High‑end residential work (homes you’ll actually be proud to put your name on)
• Traveling for projects in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, and St. George
• Out‑of‑town work 1–2 weeks per month (hotel + per diem provided)
• Working with a tight, skilled crew that actually gives a damn about quality

This is not an entry‑level position. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has real experience installing windows and/or doors
• Knows how to use tools properly and work clean
• Shows up on time, works hard, and doesn’t need babysitting
• Takes pride in their work (if you cut corners, don’t apply)
• Has leadership potential and wants to grow into a crew lead role

• Prior window and/or door installation experience (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to travel out of town 1–2 weeks per month
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Ability to lift heavy doors/windows and work on job sites
