Directional Bore​/Drilling Laborer at Sorensen Companies, Inc. Syracuse, UT

Job Summary

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Directional Bore Laborer to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.

• Communicate clear instructions to the driller to avoid damaging utilities.
• Maintain equipment and communicate issues to fleet or Foreman.
• Understand current bluestake laws.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.

• CDL (a plus)
• Previous Bore experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
• Lifting 50 to 75lbs.
• Great communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and openness to trying new ways.

• Experience using a SUBSITE or UMAG locating system.
• Possess mechanical skills.
