As a full-time Student Dorm Mentor at EOSIS Elevations & Seven Stars in Syracuse, UT, you'll support adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges while gaining valuable experience in mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, youth development, and residential treatment.
As part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you'll help students build healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, accountability, and positive relationships. You'll provide daily therapeutic support, participate in treatment-focused activities, and work alongside therapists, nurses, educators, and behavioral health professionals to help students achieve meaningful progress.
Whether you're starting your career or preparing for future opportunities in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health, healthcare, or youth services, this role offers hands‑on experience that makes a lasting impact.
Pay:$18.00–$20.50/hour + shift differential
Shifts Available:
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Time Off: 20 days of paid-time-off + 6 paid holidays + shift differentials available for eligible positions
