Child Development Facilitator (Local Talents Only)

To support the Family & Multigenerational Wellness Manager in creating and delivering meaningful, age‑appropriate programs that promote children’s growth and well‑being. The Child Development Facilitator will engage children through creative, educational, and wellness‑based activities, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment that aligns with Jayasom’s holistic philosophy.

• Assist in developing and delivering age‑appropriate wellness and learning activities based on child development principles.
• Facilitate engaging programs that promote children’s physical, emotional, and social growth.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development journey.
• Encourage family participation through shared wellness experiences and activities.
• Uphold Jayasom’s wellness philosophy by being a positive, compassionate, and health‑oriented role model.

• Diploma or certification in Early Years Education, Child Care, or Child Development (Level 2 or Level
  3).
• Previous experience working with children in a wellness, educational, or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about children’s holistic well‑being.
