Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with Jayasom’s service standards, including massages, body therapies, and wellness rituals.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and contraindications.
• Ensure consistent luxury service delivery, maintaining guest comfort, privacy, and professionalism.
• Prepare treatment rooms, products, and equipment before and after each session.
• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.
• Promote a calm, welcoming, and holistic guest experience aligned with Jayasom’s philosophy.
• Participate in training programs, wellness briefings, and continuous skill development.

• Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury spa or wellness resorts/centres.
• Strong technical knowledge of massage and body therapies.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and guest-handling skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic preferred).
• Passionate about wellness, service excellence, and teamwork.
