As a Mixologist, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by administering the day to day operations of beverage service areas in the hotel.

All members of the Food & Beverage Department are responsible for ensuring that visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings. Within that, our beverage service has one of the most important positions for influencing guest satisfaction. It is crucial that all associates extend service in a professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and timely manner.

• Uphold Red Sea Global Hospitality standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation when serving guests, demonstrating grace and professionalism.
• Exhibit the best of our national hospitality and professionalism with guests.
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness in both personal conduct and assigned areas.
• Understand and follow Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and continuously seek opportunities to suggest enhancements to these procedures.
• Skillfully arrange the beverage station during opening, ensuring ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes are properly set up.
• Manage drink orders in the correct sequence, verify the accurate quantity of drinks, and handle billing promptly and effectively.
• Prepare all mocktails following the beverage guidelines outlined in the standard manual, using full standard measures.
• Manage security in the work area, and at no time leave the beverage station unless properly relieved by a colleague.
• Assist with cleanup - mopping floors, removal of cans and bottles, general cleaning of rails and counters, removal of melting ice in bins.
• Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
