Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a Site Manager you will lead the on‑site team, drive sales performance, ensure excellent guest experience and manage day‑to‑day operations at a fast‑paced entertainment complex.

• Lead, coach and supervise Guest Associates at site level.
• Drive sales conversion, upsell and revenue targets.
• Ensure strong guest experience and service recovery.
• Manage daily site operations, staffing and shift execution.
• Oversee POS imaging systems, kiosks, inventory and cash handling.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with internal and venue stakeholders.

• 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, guest experience, or photo operations.
• Experience managing teams of 10–50 staff.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven sales achievement.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Fluent Arabic required;
  English communication preferred.

We are hiring experienced Site Managers to lead guest imaging operations across entertainment complex locations in Saudi Arabia.

Locations:
Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, Madinah, Riyadh

Employment Type:

12‑month Contract on TASC Payroll.

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours:

8 hours per day, rotational schedule

Language Requirement:
Arabic required, English preferred
