As a Steward Supervisor, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness and condition of our back of house areas, kitchens and operating equipment is of a high standard.

• Develop and uphold effective stewarding department procedures and operational techniques to support fellow hotel colleagues.
• Supervise all Stewarding employees, facilities, operation, and expenses.
• Collaborate with hotel team members to manage inventory levels and supplies, as well as approving storeroom requisitions.
• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipment.
• Schedule preventative maintenance work monthly.
• Ensure that all employees are acting in accordance with Health and Safety standards, using and storing chemicals properly, and using necessary safety materials when carrying out their tasks.
• Play a proactive and influential role in the energy-conservation and environmental policies and practices of the hotel.
• Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
