Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a Guest Relation Supervisor to lead service excellence for discerning guests in a luxury environment. Saudi National candidates with luxury hospitality leadership are preferred.
You will supervise Guest Relations Hosts and coordinate with Concierge, Butler Service, Housekeeping, and F&B to deliver bespoke experiences, manage guest preferences, and uphold the Raffles standards across all touchpoints.
