The RoleThe Residential Experience Host is the primary point of contact for Homeowners and rental guests throughout their stay within the residential community. Acting as a hospitality ambassador, the Residential Host delivers personalized, anticipatory and seamless service experiences while coordinating all operational departments to ensure exceptional standards of service delivery.
The Residential Experience Host will support both Homeowners and rental guests with:
- arrivals and departures
- in-residence services
- lifestyle coordination
- and personalized experiences.
This role combines elements of Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Homeowner Liaison,
and Lifestyle Services.
The Residential Host plays a key role in creating memorable residential experiences while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards within a standalone residential environment.

Homeowner & Guest Experience- Act as the main point of contact for Homeowners and rental guests during their stay.
- Create a welcoming “home away from home” environment for Homeowners and guests.
- Deliver highly personalized and anticipatory service experiences.
- Welcome, escort and farewell Homeowners and guests in accordance with Red Sea Global Hospitality standards.
- Build strong relationships with Homeowners and guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct check-in and check-out services.
- Verify registration details, payment methods and required documentation.
- Ensure accurate posting of charges, service requests and billing information within operational systems.
- Support cash handling and payment processing procedures where applicable.
- Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences including transportation and luggage coordination.
- Anticipate needs through observation, communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate personalized amenities and special touches based on preferences and occasions.
- Ensure all interactions reflect luxury residential hospitality standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Homeowner and guest requests.
- Ensure all incidents and service recovery situations are handled immediately and escalated where appropriate.
- Coordinate service recovery actions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain calmness, professionalism and empathy during challenging situations.
- Maintain exceptional grooming, etiquette and professional presentation standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Coordinate with Digital Concierge Services to facilitate Homeowners and guests with bookings such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, activities and experiences, buggy requests, housekeeping services, laundry coordination, special occasions, and general concierge services.
