Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, part of the Red Sea Project, seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee daily Mediterranean restaurant operations, deliver refined service, and uphold brand standards.
You will coach Heartists, drive guest-centric service, and develop SOPs, with pre-opening recruitment and training as needed. Candidates should have 3-5 years in luxury hotels or fine dining, a hospitality degree, and strong interpersonal, commercial, and leadership skills.
