SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations across all outlets, including banqueting and events. You will collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to craft innovative dessert concepts while maintaining the highest quality and guest satisfaction.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years in luxury hospitality, with 2+ years in leadership, strong pastry techniques, and deep knowledge of HACCP and kitchen management.
