SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Duty Manager to lead guest experiences and Front Office operations on site in Saudi Arabia. You will be the visible hotel leader during shifts, ensuring seamless check-in/out, guest engagement, and adherence to brand standards.
You will guide a diverse Front Office team, manage escalations, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Finance to maintain smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
