Raffles & Fairmont Umluj is seeking a Cluster Security Manager to lead security across luxury properties. You will develop and implement security strategies, oversee teams, and coordinate with hotel management to ensure guest safety and exceptional experience.
The role requires 5+ years in security leadership, strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and crisis management, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relations in a luxury hospitality environment.
