The RoleAs the Talent, Learning & Culture Manager, you will play a key leadership role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and talent growth within the property. You will be responsible for driving initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and organizational excellence, in alignment with cluster-wide strategies.
Working closely with HR centers of excellence and shared services, you will also ensure alignment with Corporate Talent & Culture strategies while tailoring solutions to meet property-specific needs in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Recognition.
You will collaborate with department heads to build workforce capability, foster employee engagement, and enhance retention. Additionally, you will partner with leaders to proactively address employee concerns, support talent reviews, drive recognition initiatives, and champion a positive employee and guest experience, embedding luxury service standards into daily operations and cultivating a culture where exceptional service delivery becomes second nature for every team member.

Learning & Development- Deliver learning & development programs that build both technical skills and service excellence capabilities, ensuring teams consistently deliver at our luxury brand standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and align initiatives with property and cluster goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and support leadership development efforts.
- Ensure effective onboarding processes in collaboration with Shared Services.
- Implement talent management strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top talent at all levels.
- Lead the talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring they are embedded into the property’s culture and directly support building a leadership pipeline capable of sustaining luxury service delivery and operational excellence.
- Identify high-potential talent, create tailored development plans, and strengthen talent pipelines to support leadership readiness and organizational growth.
- Champion internal mobility across RSGH portfolio by creating opportunities for career progression and ensuring a strong bench of future leaders across key roles.
- Design and deliver initiatives that promote employee engagement, reinforce a culture of accountability for exceptional guest service, and inspire team members to consistently exceed expectations.
- Monitor employee sentiment through surveys and feedback tools, and lead action planning.
- Champion organizational values and foster a positive, inclusive working environment.
- Support the implementation of organizational development strategies that drive cultural alignment, team effectiveness, and change management.
