The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration while providing guidance to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

    Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and maintained in HR system
  • ms.

    Administer onboarding and off boarding processes, including documentation and system updated
  • Manage employee relations matters and conduct investigations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including probation reviews and annual appraisals
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, overtime, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analysis for management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is an advantage
  • 6-10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
