• The Manager - Project is responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Oversee the engineering design and documentation for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing their performance and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Manage project changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• All employees are required to adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Employees must consistently follow established protocols to maintain a controlled, reliable, and ethical work environment, aligning with the company's commitment to operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of KSA building codes and regulations.
