Searching for an opportunity that just adds up? We're looking for a new Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a strong ability to support sales activities, coordinate marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement. Someone who can balance creativity, organization, and communication while supporting business growth seamlessly all with complete confidence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Responsibilities
  • Supports the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns and promotional activities across different channels
  • Maintains and updates customer databases and sales records
  • Prepares sales reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents
  • Assists in creating marketing materials including social media content, brochures, and email campaigns
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Organizes meetings, events, and client visits
  • Ensures brand standards are consistently applied across all communications
  • Handles administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Or previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality environment
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must speak fluent English
