Inter Continental Hotels Group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager (Reactive) to drive catering sales and market growth for Shura Island and The Red Sea setting. You'll partner with the commercial team to align strategies, analyze market trends, and proactively engage corporate, leisure, and group businesses.
You will manage client relationships from proposal to event execution, coordinate with culinary and AV teams, and upsell enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
