To supervise and execute rigging and lifting operations on site under the guidance of the Lifting Supervisor, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety regulations. The role is responsible for coordinating rigging crews, inspecting equipment before use, and providing hands‑on support during lifting activities to maintain smooth and safe operations.

• Supervise and guide Rigger Level 2 personnel in lifting operations.
• Assist the Lifting Supervisor in planning and executing lifts.
• Ensure all rigging activities comply with safety standards and project specifications.
• Inspect rigging equipment and verify load safety before operations.
• Coordinate with site management, engineers, and other teams to facilitate smooth operations.

• Proven experience in rigging and lifting operations.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Certification or license in rigging/lifting operations.
