Key Responsibilities- Process and manage payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in construction payroll.
- Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports.
- Proficiency in payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Pay$18–$23 per hour.
Drug Test and Background CheckThe position requires a drug test to be completed, contingent upon employment, and a background check if applicable.
