Project Accountant

Location: On-Site, Tacoma, WA
Salary: Up to $100,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

• Manage project accounting activities, including job costing and project financial reporting
  
  • Review project budgets, track costs, and analyze variances
  
  • Prepare and process billings, contract documentation, and change orders
  
  • Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
  
  • Partner with project managers to monitor project performance and financial results
  
  • Maintain accurate project records within Vista Viewpoint

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  
  • Experience with project accounting and job costing required
  
  • Proficiency with Vista Viewpoint required
  
  • Experience supporting state-funded or public works projects strongly preferred
