Inside Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Review and acknowledge orders for accuracy prior to projects being released to production.
• Support dealers, inside and outside sales reps with exceptional customer service.
• Create parcel and shipping manifest packets.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties such as answering phones, greeting walk‑in customers, and light cleaning.

• Customer support experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Computer aptitude and strong attention to detail, including proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate processes and next steps of projects to close work orders.
• On‑the‑job training will cover our internal ordering system and ERP system.

• Review and acknowledge orders submitted through our desktop application.
• Create and manage parcel shipments.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Attend team meetings with intent.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and sales reps.
• Help maintain a clean office environment.
• Communicate delivery dates and current lead times for projects/completion orders.
• Create shipping manifest packets for trailer deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
