Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well‑kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for clients and staff; under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations.

• Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility, both administratively and residentially.
• Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations as assigned and directed by Director of Operations.
• Monitors day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance of the facility and reports all housing issues to Director of Operations.
• Perform repairs, painting, small job installs, minor electrical work, minor plumbing work and other tasks on a timely basis.
• Product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs.
• Accurately organize inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools.
• Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.

• High School Diploma
• 6 months – 1+ year of experience at a facility maintenance such as school, hotel, corporate office maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations and trainings
• Competent in organizational, time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
