The Opportunity

We're seeking a part-time, 30 hours/week, Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. You will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations. This is an onsite, Monday through Friday position with flexible hours

$23-$32/hour

Esssential Functions
  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices and billing statements using Quick Books.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain missing information, clarify remittance details, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide invoice information or payment details to vendors and internal stakeholders upon request.
  • Provide backup payroll processing, including certifying prevailing wage data with Labor & Industries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized, accurate financial files and provide administrative and accounting assistance to management as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient with payroll (HRIS) software, Quick Books, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
