Summary/ObjectiveThis position is responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of the campus Resource Center. Position completes copy orders for both school and church staff including special orders. The Resource Center Technician is responsible for providing a customer service-oriented environment for campus staff.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis role does not have a supervisory component.
Responsibilities- Fills print, copy, booklet, and orders of all types for both church and school employees and departments.
- Orders resource center supplies for church office as well as Resource Center supplies; inform supervisor when costs fluctuate.
- Evaluates projects and provides feedback for ways to complete copying projects in timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Processes and sorts interoffice mail and USPS mail (excluding packages).
- Monitor and maintain Resource Center inventory.
- Maintains All in-house copy machines (school, church side, and resource center) including in-house repairs and communicates with the printing company when maintenance is required.
- Troubleshoot functional issues with resource center machines, folders, inserters, postal machine, cutting machine.
- Prepare price and function comparisons for new and replacement equipment.
- Maintain office cleanliness.
- Other reasonable duties as requested and assigned.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
- Basic computer proficiency for HRIS/timeclock, intranet, and ministry systems (CCB, PCO, Pro Presenter, etc.).
- Prioritize tasks, remain calm under pressure, and works well both independently and on teams.
- Takes initiative within defined boundaries and adheres to Life Center policies.
- Embody the staff attributes as listed in the Little Book of Life Center.
- Compliant with Life Center’s Policies & Practices, including but not limited to Employee Handbook & Safety Manual.
- Customer service oriented and people focused.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate Degree, Certificate, or current enrollment in related program of study a plus.

- This job operates in a professional office and ministry environment.
- The primary campus location for this role:
Central - Local travel may be required occasionally for All Staff Meetings.

Hours and SchedulePart Time/Temporary: 20-29 hours per week, which includes:
- Pre-defined schedule between 8:30am – 5:00pm during office hour operations.
- Attendance at the following staff meetings is required for this role:
Annual Meeting, All Staff Trainings, recurring meetings as required, and additional meetings as requested. - Temporary position to conclude on August 21,2026.
Part Time:
