Onsite Support Services Coordinator I

Summary of Position:
The Onsite Support Services Coordinator I is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of assigned managed support services within a specified location or facility. This role will participate in relevant managed services, provides daily support in maintaining program documentation, coordinating meetings, produces reports, and provides other general office support. The Onsite Support Services Coordinator I must be effective in time management and will work closely with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels
- Work with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite
- Assist in the implementation of projects and programs assigned to the team in a manner that achieves the strategic goals of Denali
- Identify and participate in staffing and department quality improvement projects, develop process maps, and recommend process improvements to support increased efficiencies
- Complete literature searches and small research projects and manage small or low-complexity project tasks with minimal supervision
- Coordinate all aspects of capital purchasing, and appropriate operational expenditures, and assist with managing the project budget
- Develop, plan, coordinate, facilitate, maintain, and distribute program/project information and documentation using standard documentation. May include meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, status reports, sharing department documents, SharePoint, PR3, and others
- Perform assigned individual project tasks and modules and contribute to the completion of team tasks accurately and timely
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance with design, safety standards, and regulations
- Assist in the organization and inventory of all resources, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project
- Run reports and analyze data through PR3 software to support specific project work

This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.
Physical/Mental Demands:
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources.
Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.
Required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 Years of Experience
Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree OR equivalent education and experience in healthcare, project management, business or clinical operations, or information technology preferred
- Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles preferred
- The position requires at least 1-3 years of demonstrated work experience in onsite support, organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project or business/clinical operations
- Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Must possess the ability to assimilate a wide variety of detail and convey it to appropriate persons for action
