Office manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Office Manager to join our team in Washington. As an English‑speaking office, fluency in English is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager and must be able to work well under pressure. This position also requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The salary for this role is $1700 per month with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.
• Oversee and manage office budgets and expenses.
• Supervise the work of administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits and maintaining employee records.

• Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
