Job Duties:
General office and administrative tasks including email, phone calls, and filing
Data Entry
Review and input a high volume of vendor invoices into our accounting system daily with high accuracy
Match purchase orders (POs), receiving documents, and vendor invoices to verify pricing and quantities
Prepare payments for management approval
Actively research and resolve billing variances, missing documentation, or payment inquiries by collaborating with internal departments and vendors
Other duties as required to support the warehouse and the office
Special Requirements :Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements
Excellent English language and communication skills
Dependable work ethic
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proven record of maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Communicate efficiently and concisely over the phone, in person and through e-mail to various contacts within our network
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements
Hours:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
$20.00 ~ $23.00 / hour
Med/Dent/Vision; 401K, Lif Ins, AD&D, EAP, PTO, discretionary bonus.
