Position Summary:
Supporting the Offices of International Student Services (ISS), Multicultural Engagement (OME), and Religious and Spiritual Life (RSL).

We are seeking candidates to serve as a full-time Administrative Assistant supporting the Offices of International Student Services (ISS), Multicultural Engagement (OME), and Religious and Spiritual Life (RSL). This role offers you the opportunity to become an important part of our campus community, lending your skills and expertise to support these departments which are essential to our students’ co-curricular experience.
Time is divided across the three offices (approximately 17.5 hours/week in ISS and 10 hours/week each in OME and RSL), and the position reports to the Director of International Student Services, the Director of Multicultural Engagement, and the Interfaith Coordinator.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To- Serving as primary receptionist and administrative point of contact for all three offices
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for students, staff, and guests
- Supervising, training, and managing payroll/timesheets for student workers
- Managing departmental budgets, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, and P-Card reconciliation
- Assisting with maintenance of department websites and social media accounts
- Drafting, editing, and composing correspondence, including routine communication with students
- Handling confidential and sensitive information, including international student immigration records and religious preference data, with discretion
- ISS:
Supporting international students with health insurance questions, medical appointment logistics, Social Security/Invitation letter preparation, and coordination of trips to the Social Security office - OME:
Compiling data for institutional reporting and supporting event/social media promotion - RSL:
Coordinating chapel event logistics, facilities/equipment scheduling, and compiling religious preference data for incoming students
Status: Full-Time Support Staff
Qualifications- High school diploma required
- Two to three years of previous administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with student information systems (e.g., People Soft, Terra Dotta) a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple offices and with diverse students, staff, and community members
