This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Program Workforce Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program Support Services Specialist responsible for strategic business process management, change management, and management of administrative operations to support the SHARP program.

Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes developing, implementing, and evaluating business processes utilizing knowledge of sexual harassment/assault (SHARP) programs; AND managing a variety of administrative service operations (e.g., reports, personnel, records, travel, events, supply, etc.) necessary for efficient and effective organizational mission accomplishment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11.
