Toyota of Tacoma is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys helping customers and technicians, and is looking to build a long-term career with a trusted, high-volume Toyota dealership.

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service and sales operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently—while providing the dependable, professional service Toyota customers expect.

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred, but not required

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
• Provide parts support in person, by phone, and electronically
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organization
• Order parts and verify accuracy and quality upon arrival
• Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to support daily operations
• Stay current on Toyota parts, accessories, and product updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

• Salary - $42,000 - $58,000 annually
