Larson Hyundai is hiring an experienced flat-rate Automotive Technician for a busy service department with strong workflow and high earning potential.

• $58,000 – $195,000 flat-rate earning potential
• Consistent repair volume and strong car count
• Modern equipment and updated diagnostic systems
• Factory training and certification support
• Established dealership group with long-term stability

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, and drivability repairs
• Handle warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Use factory diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Work closely with advisors and other technicians to maintain workflow

• Automotive technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to maintain productivity in a flat-rate environment
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required

• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Strong automotive background
• 1 year of automotive experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
