Flat Rate Automotive Technician

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Infiniti vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Infiniti manufacturer standards
• Complete repair orders thoroughly while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical service information, and specialized tools
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with manufacturer training, repair procedures, and evolving vehicle technology

Who We're Looking For

• Previous professional automotive repair experience required
• Flat-rate dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to producing quality repairs efficiently
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Requirements

• 1+ year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
