Automotive Technician-Experienced

Independent repair shop in Tacoma, WA ASE Certified Technician wanted immediately will pay top dollar. Experienced technicians willing to become ASE Certified. All applicants must have experience working in a shop environment, have tools, must be able to diagnose vehicles correctly, can work on different makes & models, are thorough, and efficient; we offer you the opportunity to earn 12 to 14 hours in an 8-hour shift.

We are adding technicians at our busy shop due to increased workload. We are also considering a second shift as we have enough work to accommodate this.

What we provide:

• Flat rate hourly pay is offered from $25 to $50 per hour depending on your level of experience.
• We offer health insurance partially paid by the company, dental and disability benefits employee paid, and PTO (up to 40 hours per year as earned).
• We also offer monthly performance bonuses, a great working environment, a proper shop & room for growth.
• 5-day work week.

Requirements:

• Current Washington driver's license & a good driving record. Must provide an abstract (driving record).
• Must have your own tools.
• Must have previous mechanical experience in an auto shop setting.
• Must have experience repairing automobiles.
