Starting from $22.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or ASE certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
