Senior Business Development Manager – Accelerate Growth Through Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

Are you a strategic dealmaker with deep logistics expertise and a passion for building long-term customer partnerships? Pasha Logistics LLC, a key part of The Pasha Group’s logistics and transportation platform, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and transload services by securing high-value opportunities and delivering integrated supply chain solutions.

At Pasha Logistics LLC, growth is powered by collaboration, operational excellence, and customer trust. In this role, you’ll work across sales, operations, terminals, and logistics teams to design tailored solutions, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence across multiple transportation modes.

Drive Revenue Growth & Strategic Customer Expansion

Own the full business development lifecycle while shaping how Pasha Logistics LLC delivers value to customers.

  • Opportunity Identification:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and transloading operations.
  • Account Ownership:
    Manage the complete account lifecycle including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing service coordination.
  • High-Value Cargo Solutions:
    Develop engagement strategies for specialized cargo segments such as OHW, project cargo, and air freight.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies and solution design.
  • Performance Management:
    Track and report on customer acquisition, pipeline development, and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate to Deliver Integrated Solutions

Partner across the organization to translate customer needs into executable, scalable logistics solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Collaborate with sales, operations, terminals, and support teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions.
  • Pricing & Capability Alignment:
    Partner with internal stakeholders to assess operational capabilities and establish competitive, profitable pricing.
  • RFP/RFQ Leadership:
    Support the development of proposals and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Engage directly with customers to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity.
Represent Pasha Logistics LLC & Lead Growth Initiatives

Serve as a visible ambassador for the organization’s capabilities and values.

  • Industry Presence:
    Represent Pasha Logistics LLC at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Project Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement growth strategies and new service offerings.
  • Operational Alignment:
    Participate in cross-functional meetings to align business development efforts with operational execution.
  • Supply Chain Expertise:
    Maintain strong knowledge of global supply chain operations across ocean, air, rail, and trucking.
What You Bring

You bring a proven track record of winning business and influencing strategy in complex logistics environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations with a focus on business development
  • Demonstrated success securing new business and growing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%, including Hawaii and remote customer locations.
