What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind our data-driven, performance-focused marketing strategy—helping us grow, evolve, and communicate Sprague’s mission across the Western U.S.
Analytics & Performance Leadership- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that reveal insights and drive action
- Analyze multi-channel performance (digital, CRM, email, events, paid media, web)
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and reporting integrity
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Forecast performance and allocate resources based on analytical insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Lead testing frameworks (A/B, channel experiments, messaging optimization)
- Evaluate new tools, automation, and processes for greater efficiency
- Manage event strategy, calendars, budgets, vendors, and logistics
- Create consistent, scalable processes for event planning and performance reporting
- Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints, supporting our fresh, modernized visual identity []
- Lead the operation and optimization of marketing systems (CRM, automation, analytics)
- Build repeatable processes for documentation, reporting cadence, and data hygiene
- Ensure compliance with privacy, brand, and internal governance standards

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience with heavy analytics focus
- 5+ years of team leadership
