Responsibilities- Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager responsible for day-to-day operations at the fulfillment center; develop, lead, and coach employees while optimizing the center.
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are within tolerance for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost; understand, drive, and ensure compliance with Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide recommendations on equipment and technology optimization; lead multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers.
- Optimize freight flow across the facility; own and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize FC processes.
- Ensure proper labor planning across multiple facilities to manage inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations (domestic and international).
- Demonstrate ability to lead a positive, collaborative culture in a high-energy environment with both tactical and strategic activities.
- Intermediate level computer proficiency.
- Proficient in Excel, forecasting and analysis.
- Process mapping and SOP documentation ability.
- Scorecard and dashboard performance management.
- Individual development plan management and proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent.
- 3-5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs routinely.
- Ability to stand for 95% of the workday.
- Strong leadership and planning skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Maintain flexibility to work some weekends and long hours during busy periods.
$92,000 - $140,000 a year. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges from $92,000/year to $140,000/year. Pay is based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
