Associate Consultant - Workplace Advisory in Government

As an associate consultant in our government division, you will grow trusted advisory relationships that improve the culture, strengths-based development, performance and impact at government agencies.

In this role, you will develop knowledge, skills and expertise on workplace dynamics and issues. Your bold thinking, effective communication, project management expertise, commitment to excellence and inspiring influence will lead to lasting change for governments and their communities.

You'll contribute to real client work from the start, get mentoring based on your strengths, and collaborate with experienced Gallup consultants to build a strong foundation for long-term career advancement and success as a leader at Gallup.

Working on government workforce solutions , you will partner with senior advisers to:

• Build deep client relationships that influence leaders and teams to align and act
• Decipher federal, state and local government agencies' greatest workplace needs
• Transform government agencies with the power of Clifton Strengths ® - empower employees to understand their natural talents and develop them into strengths to maximize performance
• Identify data-driven insights about your client organizations
• Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
• Position and design sustainable solutions for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, growth and business impact
• Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions

Bachelor's degree by May 2027 required

Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required

At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required

Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required

A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
