The Project Manager drives execution of key operational initiatives by aligning priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Lead operational initiatives from kickoff through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Translate leadership objectives into clear project scopes, deliverables, and measurable success criteria
- Partner with functional leaders (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to align priorities and drive execution
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates, facilitating decision-making, and addressing concerns proactively
- Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans to address risks, delays, or scope changes
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and consistency
- Establish and enforce project standards, templates, and workflows to improve execution across teams
- Document processes, systems, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and long-term operational stability
- Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training coordination, and adoption tracking for new processes or tools
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed to support project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- 3-7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong experience translating high-level goals into structured plans, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Proven track record of driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable systems
- Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through in complex, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across different levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Asana, , Jira)
- Familiarity with change management principles and operational best practices
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
