The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $ - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the future of business banking solutions that help members manage payments, invoicing, cash flow, and growth. You’ll take ownership of complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization, translating member needs, market insights, and business goals into meaningful solutions. Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations, and member experience, you’ll influence decisions across the enterprise and drive products that create measurable value.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ownership, embraces complexity, and is motivated by continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact how BECU serves and supports small business members.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

• Product Strategy & Ownership
  Define Product Vision:
  Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex products, systems, and applications while ensuring alignment with member needs, organizational priorities, and long-term business objectives.
  Drive Product Development Lifecycle:
  Lead products through the full lifecycle, including research, concept development, solution design, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  Identify Growth Opportunities:
  Develop and implement strategies that support business growth, drive adoption, and create value for members and the organization.
  Champion Member Needs:
  Gather and assess member feedback, market trends, regulatory considerations, and industry insights to inform product direction and decision making.
