Program Manager

We’re hiring a Business Operations Program Manager to support Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure (AHSI)—a 5,000-person organization building advanced CPU and GPU systems that power AI workloads.

This role will manage key rhythm-of-business processes, coordinate monthly Key Result (KR) reporting, analyze workforce trends, and prepare clear, executive-ready insights.

• Lead the monthly KR refresh process, coordinating with team leads to ensure accurate, timely status updates
• Consolidate KR results into executive PowerPoint presentations
• Manage headcount trends and Position Control Number (PCN) reporting
• Build Excel models that project headcount using current staffing data, attrition assumptions, and hiring plans
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring business reports
• Develop weekly communications for the management community and monthly executive updates
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support workforce planning and business decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate operational processes using AI and reporting tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, financial planning, or a related function
• Experience managing rhythm-of-business processes, leadership reviews, reporting, and organizational planning
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and projections
• Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting and visualization tools
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation-development skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to quickly learn internal processes
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a technology or engineering organization
  • Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot or other AI productivity tools
  • Experience with Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, databases, or automated reporting workflows
